Don’t be surprised when you enter the building and find a strange combination of styles. For example, some of the balconies can look older than the interior of the units.
The reason is that this project got postponed, plans changed (more floors) and changed builder several times. So it was built in phases, which you can tell. Not a problem though as it is a nice building overall with a great location.
