Great looking unit with high ceilings on the 36th floor of the Spire.
Thanks to the floor to ceiling windows there is a lot of light coming in.
The second bedroom is on the small side but would function well as an office….especially with that great view!
Have a good look at the maintenance fee as it’s on the high side in my opinion.
