Note: I’m not representing the sellers of these units….which is a good thing!
438 King West 1 Bedroom & Den Condo
1 Bedroom & den condo video in 438 King West (The Hudson). This is the centre of the universe! Ideal if you like the energetic downtown life. It’s right at the intersection of King & Spadina. Streetcars are running on both streets.
There is a jazz theme going through the whole building. Each unit is named after a jazz great or venue. The finishes inside the units are very nice.
Amenities include a fitness and aerobics area, separate change rooms including steam rooms, billiard room, media room, lounge with bar area and private dining room with gourmet servery overlooking a garden.
Be aware that the Spadina side is quite a lot noisier than the other side.
438 King West 2 Bedroom Condo
This particular unit is on the east side of the building, which is a lot more quiet than the Spadina side.
The second bedroom is quite small, you can barely put a bed in there.
700 King West 1 Bedroom & Den Condo
725 King West 1 Bedroom & Den Condo
The Summit is an older condo building on King West. It consists out of 701, 705, 725 King and several townhouses. It’s well known for it’s great amenities and location.
The prices in The Summit are good for this area because it’s an older building.
They’ve just renovated the lobby of 725 and are currently working on the corridors. So it’s old from the outside, new on the inside.
What I’m not a fan of is the lack of ensuite laundry. However, there are laundry facilities on every floor of the building.
The amenities are great and include a gym, indoor and outdoor pool, theatre, squash courts, game room, security.
801 King West 2 Bedroom & Den Condo
2 Bedroom and den condo video in Citysphere, 801 King St West.
Citysphere was built in 1992. It was one of the first condo buildings in that area. Things have changed drastically. It’s now a buzzing area with lots of (new) condo projects.
Because it’s older you might have to do some upgrades, like they’ve done in this unit. This provides an opportunity to add value.
801 King is walking distance to the King & Bathurst intersection and surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. There is a streetcar stop in front to take you further downtown.
Condo amenities include a gym, rooftop deck with gazebo & barbecues & hot tub & running track, tennis court, sauna, party room, board room, 24 hour concierge.
915 King West 1 Bedroom & Den Condo
Remarkable one bedroom and den condo video in the Massey Harris Lofts @ 915 King St West!
The building is originally from 1883 and was converted into condo units in 2003. There’s a lot of exposed brick, exposed beams, very high ceilings…..CHARACTER!
Massey Harris Park is right next door if you’d like to walk the dog.
954 King West Loft 1 Bedroom & Den Condo
954 Lofts @ 954 King West is a low rise building with nice 2 floor units in it.
High concrete ceilings give it the loft feel.
As it was built in 2000 there is some room for upgrading.
Streetcar is right in front to take you downtown. However, there are a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance.
1005 King West 1 Bedroom Condo
1 Bedroom & den condo video in 1005 King West (DNA). Convenient location at King & Shaw. Streetcar and Starbucks just steps away!
It’s a nice looking building with funky lighting in the hallways and good looking units.
Strange is the washing machine in the bedroom closet. Hard to use it the ‘green way’ as you won’t be able to sleep while it’s doing it’s job!
