In the unit there were good and bad things. The kitchen is nice with the island. The den and living area are a good size.
You walk straight into the kitchen when you come in, there is no hallway. Next to that there are some things that need to be fixed, which doesn’t give a quality feel.
Amenities include a party room, games room with a plasma television, fitness room, billiards lounge, saunas, spa and a landscaped rooftop terrace.

Large 2 storey unit in 36 Blue Jays Way, Soho Metropolitan Hotel.
The master bedroom is huge and the powder room on the ground floor very convenient. Kitchen has nice finishes and the building looks in good shape, even though it’s not the newest.
As this is part of the Soho Hotel, residents can enjoy the services and amenities of the hotel. (Bar, restaurant, indoor pool, whirlpool etc)
