The building was originally part of George Brown college and was converted to condos in 1999. It does really feel like a school building when you enter the lobby.
The ceilings are high and there is a good amount of space. The kitchen can use some updates.
It’s all about the location though. It’s right downtown….and if you like the funky Kensington Market area, you can’t go wrong with this condo building.
