I saw a video of yours on Youtube. It was called “140 Simcoe – Bachelor Suite – Furnished Short Term Rental”. I am very interested in this unit! I am going to stay in Toronto from Dec 30th to Jan 23rd. Will it be available on these dates? I could also check in on January 1st, depending on your availability. How much would it cost?

Hi! no we haven’t leased it yet (though I want to, the floor to ceiling windows, the kitchen, and the plentiful gorgeous dark storage make me feel like I wouldn’t care if i ever swim again!) – amenities are imperative to my gym intense boyfriend.
Have been hunting to rent an apt for over a month now – your informative and frank your youtube videos for 126 Simcoe, 96 St. Patrick, 1001 Bay (all places we’ve looked at) and quite a few more have all come in very handy! Thank you so much for making them available to the general public.

Hi there! Builders don’t make their own deadlines in many cases unfortunately. Amenities aren’t their first priority either. Their priority is to prepare the building to a level that people can start living in it. That way they start making money. I hope you didn’t lease it, knowing that you find the amenities very important?!

Really liked a 1 Bdrm + Den unit at Iceboat Terrace, however, the video fails to mention there are no amenities yet! The leasing agent said they’ll be started in next spring, however, many current tenants were promised amenities a while back, and they were finally told that they won’t be complete until mid-2013. So no pool, gym, party room…anything! Our 1700/month lease would be only for the apt, with nothing to do in the building all through the dead of winter except watch snow fall and walk to Sobeys.
